Creating Your SPL Token
Follow these steps to create a professional SPL token on Solana with ManagerNest
Prepare Your Wallet
Before creating a token, ensure you have:
- Phantom Wallet: Install the Phantom browser extension
- SOL Balance: At least 0.5 SOL for creation and pool setup fees
- Test Network: Use Devnet for testing, Mainnet for production
Access Token Creator
Navigate to the ManagerNest platform and click "Create Token" in the navigation menu. Connect your Phantom wallet when prompted.
Choose Token Template
Select from pre-configured templates based on your project type:
- Beginner: 1M total supply, ideal for small communities
- Intermediate: 100M total supply, balanced for most projects
- Pro: 1B total supply, suitable for large-scale projects
Each template includes optimal decimal places and pre-configured settings for Raydium compatibility.
Configure Token Details
Fill in your token information:
- Name: Full token name (max 32 characters)
- Symbol: Trading symbol (2-10 characters, e.g., "MYT")
- Description: Project description and use case
- Authorities: Choose freeze and mint authority settings
- Freeze Authority: Can freeze token transfers (useful for compliance)
- Mint Authority: Can create additional tokens (disable for fixed supply)
Upload Token Image
Upload a high-quality token logo that represents your project:
- Format: PNG or JPG
- Size: Minimum 512x512px, square aspect ratio
- Quality: High resolution for crisp display
The image will appear in wallets, exchanges, and DeFi platforms worldwide.
Review and Create
Review all token parameters and estimated costs:
- Verify token name, symbol, and supply
- Check authority settings
- Confirm image upload
- Review network fees (approximately 0.02 SOL)
Click "Create Token" and approve the transaction in your Phantom wallet.
Verify Token Creation
After successful creation:
- Check your token in the dashboard
- View the unique mint address
- Confirm total supply allocation
- Verify token appears in your Phantom wallet
Your token is now live on Solana and can be traded on DEXs like Raydium. Consider our referral program to earn rewards while growing your community.
Setting Up Liquidity Pools
Create and manage liquidity pools on Raydium to enable trading for your token
Access Pool Manager
Navigate to "Pools" in the ManagerNest dashboard or click "Create Pool" from the main navigation.
SOL pairing is recommended for most new projects due to its liquidity and accessibility.
Set Initial Liquidity
Determine your initial liquidity amounts:
- Your Token: Portion of your total supply for liquidity
- Paired Token: Equivalent value in SOL, USDC, etc.
- Ratio: Maintain appropriate token balance
- Start with 10-20% of total supply for initial liquidity
- Ensure balanced ratio to avoid price manipulation
- Consider impermanent loss when setting amounts
Configure Pool Settings
- Fee Tier: 0.01%, 0.05%, 0.3%, or 1% (higher fees for lower liquidity)
- Initial Price: Set the starting exchange rate between tokens
- Permissions: Public or private pool access
For new tokens, 0.3% fee tier is typically optimal for balancing fees and liquidity.
Create Pool Transaction
Review pool configuration and costs:
- Verify token pair and amounts
- Check fee tier and settings
- Review network fees (approximately 0.02-0.05 SOL)
- Confirm liquidity provision terms
Click "Create Pool" and approve the transaction in Phantom wallet.
Verify Pool Creation
After successful pool creation:
- Check pool status in dashboard
- View pool address and trading pair
- Monitor initial liquidity balance
- Verify pool appears on Raydium
Your token is now tradable! Users can swap tokens through the pool on Raydium DEX.

Adding Liquidity
Increase pool liquidity to improve trading:

Withdraw your liquidity when needed:
- Navigate to pool management
- Choose "Remove Liquidity"
- Select percentage to withdraw (partial or full)
- Receive both tokens proportionally
- Account for impermanent loss
Token Authority Management
Manage token authorities if enabled:
- Mint Authority: Create additional tokens (if enabled)
- Freeze Authority: Temporarily freeze transfers (if enabled)
- Update Metadata: Change token information
- Transfer Ownership: Move authorities to new wallet
Use authorities responsibly and communicate changes to your community.
